Responsibilities

• Build detailed knowledge of the FeedHenry platform and its complete capability
• Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers and partners
• Create and present professional, persuasive solutions and business cases
• Refine and deliver high quality product demonstrations/webinars to customers
• Work closely with sales team on sales opportunities, sales strategy and pipeline
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and training
• Resolve technical queries and customer requirements in the pre-sales process
• Communicate technical customer requirements to Engineering & Prof Services
• Develop winning proposals, presentations and RFP/RFI with customer & sales
• Maintain technical competency in all aspects of our technology & market
• Support partners in their sales engagements and RFP/RFI
 

Based in Ireland, this position reports to our VP Sales and carries a competitive compensation package including equity options.

Skills

• Development languages – Java (ideally)
• Scripting languages -JavaScript/Ruby/Python
• HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and associated libraries
• App development skills e.g. native or cross-platform dev
• Enterprise system integration, in particular with web services & scripting

Background & Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field
Business or Technical Masters is a plus Experience in software industry in customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
At ease selling high value customer solutions as well as technical features.
