Responsibilities
• Build detailed knowledge of the FeedHenry platform and its complete capability
• Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers and partners
• Create and present professional, persuasive solutions and business cases
• Refine and deliver high quality product demonstrations/webinars to customers
• Work closely with sales team on sales opportunities, sales strategy and pipeline
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and training
• Resolve technical queries and customer requirements in the pre-sales process
• Communicate technical customer requirements to Engineering & Prof Services
• Develop winning proposals, presentations and RFP/RFI with customer & sales
• Maintain technical competency in all aspects of our technology & market
• Support partners in their sales engagements and RFP/RFI
Based in Ireland, this position reports to our VP Sales and carries a competitive compensation package including equity options.
