Cathal McGloin – CEO FeedHenry
Cathal has over 25 years international experience in technology and has spent the last twelve in executive management positions with Irish start-ups. As founder and CEO of Performix Technologies, he built an international company and moved to the US. Most recently he was President and VP Sales Americas for Aran Technologies. He holds BE and MBA degrees from UCD.
Barry Downes – Founder FeedHenry
Barry has over 20 years experience in software and technology, including executive positions in product development in the USA and Europe. Executive Director of the Innovation and Commercial division for the TSSG, Barry is also the Executive Director of the Centre for Converged Services (3CS) – a specialized applied research centre focusing on converged technologies and services.
Niall Olden – Managing Partner, Kernel Capital
Niall has extensive national and international business development experience. He is Founder and Managing Partner of Kernel Capital and a Non Executive Director of associate company Seroba Kernel Life Sciences Ltd. He has held a wide range of non executive directorships across general industry, technology and life science companies. Niall has a BComm, 1988, from the National University of Ireland, Cork. He is a Chartered Management Accountant, 1994. He has an MSc International Business, 2007, from Dublin University (Trinity College). He is an Alumni of the Global Business Program, 2006, IMD International (Switzerland).
Brian Kinane – Investment Manager Yorkville Advisors
Currently an investment manager with Yorkville Advisors, a $1Bn investment fund, Brian was previosuly the co-founder and EVP for Business Development of MobileAware – a specialist provider of mobile internet solutions. Prior to MobileAware, he held corporate development and strategy roles with Ericsson and Telenor. Brian holds MBAs from London Business School and Columbia Business School.
Ciaran McNamara – Managing Director, Signature Capital
Ciaran McNamara is a co-founder and Managing Director of Signature Capital Limited. He was previously a director of Investec Bank (Ireland) Ltd, where he had responsibility for Private Banking (including property lending and investments) and Treasury. Ciaran was previously a director of Gandon Capital Markets plc, which was acquired by Investec in 2000. Ciaran is also a non executive director and shareholder of private equity company – Prime Focus Ltd. Ciaran is a graduate of University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Honours).
