Matthew is a seasoned IT professional focused on solving business objectives and improving business financial performance. He has delivered solutions in several industries including healthcare, global telecommunications, start-ups, consulting, education, and outsourcing. Matthew is currently the President of Kristin Consulting, providing strategic consulting and technology leadership in healthcare and education industries. Prior to this current role, he was Chief Executive for Clinical Care Systems, a healthcare technology start-up and formerly a Sr. Consultant for Perot Systems Corporation in which he held several positions including – Director of Research Information Technology for the Tufts Clinical and Translational Science Institute, Sr. Enterprise Architect for Tufts Medical Center, Director of PÉRADIGM Healthcare Technologies a private Open Source Business Model, and Chief Architect for Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare. Prior to Perot Systems, Matthew was the Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for iBasis, Inc. a global Telecommunications service provider based on VoIP. While there, he was responsible for all Information Technology solutions during a period of dramatic organizational growth. Mr. Kristin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University, Big Rapids, Michigan.

Bill Loconzolo

Bill Loconzolo
Bill has helped to pioneer many of the web, integration and business process automation technologies that improve the way businesses and consumers communicate and interact with services and enterprise applications. He has been working in Web development and client server technologies since the late 1980s. He has produced enterprise scalable applications for Search, eCommerce, VoIP communications, Mobile Apps, Portals, Performance Management, SGML/XML, publishing and integration frameworks in several verticals. Currently the VP Product Development for Intuit Health division, Bill is focused on changing the way patients interact with their physicians, providers, and health plans. Bill was formerly CTO at Performix Technologies and prior to that, Senior Architect at Nokia where he designed and implemented Nokia’s Multimedia Messaging Service server-side platform. Bill also served as VP Engineering at TeleGea, a telecommunications carrier provider that offered an enterprise software platform for process automation and back office integration. Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University.
